    Ori has over 10 years experience leading teams and working for some of the world’s most innovative technology companies.  Ori worked as a software specialist in Eltel’s software team, providing leading technology solutions for security and institutional markets. Ori then joined Xertive Media, one of the most innovative online marketing agencies and display networks. He was promoted to manage their online media buying and high budget advertising accounts. Ori then worked as Head of Marketing – Asia Pacific at eToro, the world’s largest social trading platform. Ori is a co-founder of Benchmarketing and brings a deep understanding of online media buying, SEO, SEM, lead generation, digital marketing and all things relating to the latest online solutions and ROI technology.

    Gil has held several management roles within businesses, ranging from start-ups to publicly listed companies. Gil has managed sales teams in Telstra Dealerships and was heavily focused on solutions for the SME markets. As Director of Sales and Marketing in the B2B telecommunication and IT fields Gil was given the task of building a fully functioning outbound call centre. Gaining knowledge and expertise in full service digital marketing at Fairfax’s Online Marketing Group, Gil was appointed as Account Director for professional services, focusing heavily on the legal and financial professions. Gil is a co-founder of Benchmarketing and brings a deep understanding of sales strategies, both online and offline, lead generation and digital marketing. With a strong passion for watching businesses grow, he is constantly finding new and exciting ways to drive business for his clients.

    Chief Operations Officer

    Shai Luft has held a number of senior marketing roles for some of Australia’s largest companies and has over 14 years of sales & marketing experience. At Digiplus and B Digital Group (now TPG) Shai grew dealer markets and was promoted to Group Marketing Manager. Shai lead sales & marketing for an Optus venture, which quickly became successful and by 2007 was clocking revenues over $1 million per month. Shai was  promoted to Marketing Manager at Optus and then recruited by Telstra as the General Manager of New Markets. In 2008 Shai established Marketing Culture, a consultancy business specialising in marketing to niche consumer groups such as multicultural & youth. Shai is a co-founder of Benchmarketing and focuses on segmentation, traditional marketing & sales strategies. Shai continues to pursue his interest in Marketing Segmentation and in particular marketing to ethnic and multicultural groups. He is considered by many as one of the leading authorities in Australia in this area.
